The BoardReady Collective

The BoardReady Collective (BRC) is a cohort-based program designed to prepare accomplished executive leaders across the Pacific Northwest for corporate board service — grounded in the belief that stronger, more diverse boards drive better outcomes for both companies and communities.

Held annually from October through April, the program features seven curated sessions covering core areas of board readiness, including corporate governance, fiduciary responsibility, board bio development, and strategic network building. Participants gain access to a powerful ecosystem of mentors, industry-leading speakers, and board opportunities through BRC’s world-class sponsor partners.

Trusted Affiliate Partnerships

In addition to the BoardReady Collective (BRC), we provide access to a curated set of resources to support your board journey — including board bio development through D&S Career Management, 1:1 coaching and mentoring with BluSparc, and the University of Washington’s Board Director Development program.
