As the Social Impact Associate, you will be working alongside the BoardReady 75% of the time and Columbia Cares Team 25% of the time. The BoardReady team includes: Senior Strategists: board
members from some of the top Fortune & FTSE companies, donating their time to advance diversity on corporate boards and BoardReady Staff: including the Executive Director & Software Developers.

As the Social Impact Associate, you will be at the forefront of change across BoardReady’s three lines of business, while applying your skillset to support the CSR efforts at Columbia Hospitality’s Columbia Cares Foundation. Your role will include (but not be limited to):
